$21/hr • Monday–Friday • Hybrid After 90 Days

Help patients confidently use our medical device at home—without bedside lifting or shift work. Use your healthcare experience to guide patients through application, troubleshooting, and daily questions via phone.

What You’ll Do

  • Support patients by phone
  • Walk them through device application + troubleshooting
  • Provide clear, calm education to patients & caregivers
  • Document all interactions in our support system
