Registered Nurse (PRN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting client visits, assessing client conditions and environments, developing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) plans based on client needs, and evaluating caregiver performance.

โ€ข Conduct comprehensive client visits to assess their health conditions and living environments.

โ€ข Develop individualized care plans, including ADLs, based on the specific needs of each client.

โ€ข Monitor and document client progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.

โ€ข Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding health management and ADLs.

โ€ข Evaluate the performance of caregivers to ensure they are providing quality care according to the established care plans.

โ€ข Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

โ€ข Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.

โ€ข Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

โ€ข Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in home care nursing.
