Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients through conducting intake interviews to gather comprehensive backgrounds and assess their unique needs.
  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions—be it individual, group, or family therapy—tailored to address specific issues clients face.
  • Design and implement specialized programs within the Behavioral Health Department aimed at enhancing community mental health resources.
  • Document client progress meticulously through accurate note-taking, closing summaries, and transfer documentation, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals daily to coordinate preventative mental health services, ensuring an integrated approach to patient care.
  • Stay updated with current best practices in the mental health field, adhering to LMFT requirements and supervision guidelines.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will support at Radiant Psychological Services range from children and adolescents to adults and families facing various mental health challenges. Our diverse clientele may present issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. Your therapeutic approach will be essential in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, empowering them to develop coping strategies and emotional resilience.

Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist; must be familiar with and comply with LMFT supervision guidelines.
  • A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health services, with proven competency in crisis management.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on demonstrating empathy, understanding, and support while guiding clients and team members.
  • Effective time management competencies, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in teletherapy or remote therapeutic practices is highly valued, enhancing your ability to connect with clients online.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and maintain comprehensive patient records.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
