PRIDE Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Home Health for a local contract nursing job in Everett, Washington.

Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Everett, WA.

Job Details:

Schedule: 8-hour shifts; 40 hours/week
Location: Everett, WA
Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: 14 Weeks with a possibility of extension
 

Duties:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
  • Develop, implement, document, and evaluate individualized Plans of Care (POC).
  • Provide skilled nursing care and ensure continuity and quality of patient services.
  • Perform OASIS assessments and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Educate patients and families regarding medications, diet, safety, disease management, and self-care.
  • Provide wound care, IV care, venipuncture, phlebotomy, catheter/drain care, and other skilled nursing services as needed.
  • Coordinate care with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Supervise and provide clinical direction to HHA/STNA/LVN staff as applicable.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide on-call services as assigned.
  • Maintain compliance with infection-control standards and patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma program; BSN preferred
 

License(s): Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
 

Certification(s): Current CPR certification required; CHPN preferred
 

Years of Experience: 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience and 2+ years of home health experience required
 

Software: Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required
 

Skills/Specialties/Technology: OASIS, home health nursing, patient assessment, care planning, wound care, IV care, venipuncture, medication administration, clinical documentation, care coordination, patient education, and ability to work independently in a home health setting
 

Additional Requirements: Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and required insurance
