The ultimate goal is to empower these young individuals and their families, fostering resilience and healthy coping strategies.

Qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Florida.
  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, particularly focusing on child and adolescent mental health is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to staying updated with advancements in the field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate and child-centered approach.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with children and their families, creating a safe environment for therapy.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications necessary for maintaining client information.
  • A passion for working as part of a multidisciplinary team, with excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration.
Preferred Experience
