Job description

We are looking for a driven and confident Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. This is a remote, work-from-home role for someone who is comfortable with outbound calling, relationship building, and opening doors with potential clients.

This role is focused on initiating conversations, identifying opportunities, and helping generate new business within the construction and BIM industry.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients across the North American region.
  • Introduce company services and identify project opportunities
  • Build relationships with contractors, project managers, and decision-makers
  • Follow up on leads, proposals, and previous conversations
  • Maintain organized call notes and pipeline updates in CRM
  • Coordinate internally with estimating and operations teams
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities

Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable making high-volume calls daily
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in construction, engineering, staffing, or BIM industry is a plus, but not required
