What You'll Do:
  • Provide leadership and management of the 76 bed skilled nursing facility
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including California Department of Public Health requirements
  • Lead operational, financial, quality, and customer satisfaction initiatives
  • Drive occupancy, census development, and resident satisfaction
  • Foster a culture centered on resident care, safety, accountability, and employee engagement
  • Ensure survey readiness and successfully manage state and federal inspections
  • Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork, inclusion, and professional growth

What We're Looking For:
  • Current California Nursing Home Administrator License (NHA) required, RCFE license preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or related field
  • Minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience in the senior living industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and California skilled regulations, budgeting and financial management, quality improvement initiatives, survey preparedness and regulatory compliance
