• Conduct ethical and empathetic individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, ensuring client confidentiality at all times.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients who present with a variety of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating sound clinical judgment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a sympathetic and supportive nature.
• Strong proficiency with computers and telehealth platforms.

A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting is preferred. Demonstrated expertise in working with adult populations and employing various therapeutic techniques will be advantageous for this role.
