Rainforest Carwash is looking for a motivated, dependable leader to join our growing team as a Manager in Training.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous management experience who is ready to grow with a family-owned company. You will receive hands-on training in the day-to-day operations of one of our locations and develop the skills needed to successfully lead a Rainforest Carwash team.

As you grow into your role and take on additional responsibility, you will have opportunities for salary increases, bonus pay, and advancement within our company.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous management or leadership experience, preferably in a retail or customer-service environment
  • Experience hiring, training, and managing employees
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash and manage daily business operations
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft tools
  • Basic electrical or mechanical experience is a plus
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lead by example and take ownership of your location
What You'll Do

As a Manager in Training, you will learn to oversee the daily operations of a Rainforest Carwash location, including:

  • Leading and supporting your team
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Training and developing employees
  • Assisting with hiring and staffing
  • Handling cash and daily business operations
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient facility
  • Learning the equipment and operational side of the business
  • Working toward managing the day-to-day operations of your own location
Schedule
  • Full-time position
  • 5-day work week
  • Approximately 48 hours per week
  • Weekend availability required
  • Typically home by 8:00 PM, with many days ending earlier
  • No late-night shifts
