A premier pediatric health system in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Pediatric Radiologist to join a highly collaborative, quality-focused diagnostic radiology team.

This is a 100% pediatric imaging position offering an outstanding work-life balance through a hybrid schedule (onsite with regular work-from-home days), top-tier compensation, robust academic connections, and no adult coverage required.

Position Highlights & Compensation
  • Top-Tier Base Salary: $500,000 โ€“ $600,000 starting salary (commensurate with experience) with annual bonus potential.

Schedule & Call Balance

  • Call Structure: Approximately 8 weeks total per year with an additional on-call stipend:

    • ~4 active weekends worked remotely from home with fluoroscopy backup.

    • ~4 weeks fluoroscopy backup coverage only.
