About the Role
As an Entry-Level Remote Associate, you'll connect with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments. Your role is to understand each client's needs, explain available benefit options, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process while providing a positive, professional experience.
You'll work in a collaborative remote environment where you'll receive ongoing coaching, practical training, and continuous opportunities to develop your communication, customer service, and professional sales skills.
What You'll Do
  • Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments using secure online meeting platforms
  • Listen carefully to client needs and provide personalized guidance
  • Educate clients on available benefit options in a professional and consultative manner
  • Assist clients throughout the enrollment process while delivering outstanding customer service
  • Maintain accurate client information using CRM systems and digital business tools
  • Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
  • Collaborate with mentors and leadership while working toward individual and team goals
  • Continue developing valuable communication, relationship-building, and remote work skills
