Job description

Work with a team of Industrial products applications engineers supporting BU objectives.
Define product (SiC, High Voltage MOSFETs, IGBT, Gate Drive IC, Rectifier, FRD, PKG also) requirement specification requirements for new products into communication with technical development engineering.
Validate Electrical performance evaluation through simulation and experiment as part of the product verification for system application.
Design and build new test circuits and system for new device development support.
Will be responsible for comprehensive application verification and validation of newly designed silicon and SiC taking a system-based approach.
In-depth knowledge related industrial motor drive application and problem-solving skills.
Provide collateral and IP material: datasheets, applications notes, user guides, white papers, and patents.
Conduct technical presentations and product training to internal Sales and FAEs as well as external partners and customers.

Deep knowledge in power semiconductors systems (CCM & DCM PFC, PWM converter, Inverter).
Deep knowledge of semiconductor devices, especially Si & SiC MOSFET, IGBT, Diode and Gate Driver (HVIC and Galvanic).

English communication skills, including the ability to present and report.
Prefer MS/Ph.D course graduated with Power Electronics/Electronic engineering or BS course with related company experience.
