Looking for meaningful in-home caregiving work in Orange County? Join Honor as an In Home Caregiver / Home Care Aide and provide one-on-one support to older adults in their homes. We have both part-time and full-time opportunities with morning, daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available.

What youโ€™ll do as an In Home Caregiver
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate care
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use, and incontinence care
  • Help with mobility and daily routines based on each clientโ€™s care needs
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
  • Provide reliable, consistent support in the clientโ€™s home

We provide in-home care throughout Orange County. Your schedule and client assignments will depend on your availability, location, experience, and current client needs.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client homes
  • Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
  • Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
  • Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
