  • Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot integration failures, data synchronization issues, mapping errors, and metadata processing defects across Oracle and non-Oracle platforms.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

  • 3+ years of hands-on Oracle DRM and/or EDMCS/EDM experience with a primary focus on master data management, hierarchy management, metadata governance, and enterprise data quality.

  • Experience configuring and maintaining dimensions, hierarchies, properties, nodes, glyphs, viewpoints, validations, workflows, subscriptions, request types, and related DRM/EDM metadata objects.

  • Experience writing and maintaining derived properties, expressions, formulas, JavaScript-based logic for EDMCS, DRM formulas, or legacy scripting to support metadata transformations and business rules.

  • Experience designing and supporting validations, business rules, workflow approvals, data stewardship processes, governance controls, and audit trails.

  • Strong knowledge of inherent DRM/EDM integrations with Oracle tools, including Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud EPM, Hyperion Planning, HFM, Essbase, OIC, EPM Automate, REST APIs, and data management/integration processes.

  • Experience with ERP metadata synchronization and/or integration with Oracle Cloud ERP, PeopleSoft, SAP, or similar enterprise financial systems.

  • Experience designing data mappings to bridge differences in ledger accounts, cost centers, entities, alternate hierarchies, and reporting structures across source and target systems.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:

  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), enterprise metadata governance, data stewardship, data profiling, data quality, and controlled change management practices.

  • Strong knowledge of hierarchy management, including alternate hierarchies for financial consolidations, legal entities, management reporting, planning, forecasting, and what-if analysis.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot metadata, integration, workflow, validation, and data quality issues across complex environments.

BEHAVIORAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Strong ownership of DRM/EDM platform success, data quality, and governance outcomes.

  • Adaptability and initiative in a transformation environment supporting the migration from DRM to EDM Cloud.

  • Continuous learner with interest in EDM Cloud, master data management, Oracle integrations, automation, and AI-enabled analytics.
