- duties; (A) implementation of the Nutrition content area plans by monitoring assigned centers to assure that meals, sanitation practices, meal preparation and storage of food and non-food items meet or exceed Head Start and Child and Adult Care Food Program requirements; (B) determining training needs of food service personnel; (C) providing necessary counseling and training for parents; (D) accurate communications with support staff and management staff (E) maintaining records pertaining to food service operations (F) Works closely with Health Content Area
