Job description

Informatics Manager – Foodservice Technology & Nutrition Systems

Location: Must reside in Houston; Remote work with Travel as Needed

We're looking for an Informatics Manager to support and optimize foodservice and nutrition technology platforms across client accounts. This role partners with operations, dietitians, IT, vendors, and clients to manage menu systems, patient dining programs, and related technology projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage menu management software and related systems.
  • Build and maintain menus, recipes, nutrition data, allergens, and cost center setups.
  • Support dietitians, chefs, and operations teams with menu development and patient dining.
  • Train users and troubleshoot software, device, network, and integration issues.
  • Support implementations, account openings, and technology projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in foodservice management or healthcare nutrition services.
  • Strong tech, project management, and communication skills.
  • Healthcare foodservice experience preferred.
  • RD and experience with CBORD, MealSuite, Computrition, or Delegate preferred.
