Job description

About the Position:

The Device Tech serves as a key member of the department, responsible for high-quality patient education and instruction in the use of Home Sleep Testing (HST) devices.  

Primary duties consist of:

  • Educate patients on proper use of the HST device
  • Upload data from device
  • Prepare devices for testing
    • Document all devices and patient interactions in the medical record
    • Support ongoing quality assurance initiatives
  • Inventory and track HST devices and associated supplies

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1+ year experience in customer service role
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required


Required skills and attributes:

  • Superior verbal and written communication 
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
