About the Role:
Midas - Legacy Golden Touch is looking for a driven and experienced District Manager to lead and grow our Midas Auto service locations in the Salt Lake & Ogden, UT area. This is an exciting opportunity to take the wheel of a legendary brand and inspire high-performing teams across multiple locations. If you're passionate about operational excellence and people leadership, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Midas locations within the district
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop store managers and service teams
  • Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability across all locations
  • Ensure consistent delivery of quality automotive service and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze financial reports, and implement improvement strategies
  • Enforce compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and brand guidelines
  • Build strong relationships with store teams, vendors, and the local community

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in automotive or retail services
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational performance
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Solid understanding of P&L management and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Automotive service industry knowledge is a strong plus
  • Ability to travel regularly between locations within the district
