THE JOB:
As a Nightlife Security Officer, you'll be the first line of safety in our nightlife venues-monitoring entrances, managing crowd flow, and responding to emergencies or disturbances. Your strong presence helps keep the energy high and the environment secure, ensuring guests can enjoy an unforgettable night out.
THE SCHEDULE: Thursday - Saturday 6:00pm - 2:45am
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Guest Experience: Greet every guest with confidence and professionalism while ensuring a safe, welcoming atmosphere from entry to exit.
  • Security & Compliance: Monitor, report, and respond to emergencies or suspicious activity while enforcing venue policies and adhering to state and federal regulations.
  • Crowd Management: Control guest flow into the restaurant, bar, and lounge, and take appropriate action to address disorderly or disruptive behavior.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • At least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Previous Security experience at a night club, high volume bar or club preferred

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$21.00
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
