Join Northwest Ohio's premier outdoor lighting company this fall installing luxury Christmas lighting on beautiful homes throughout the region.

At Light Up Lima, we believe great people can be taught great skills. If you're dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and aren't afraid of ladders or hard work, we'll teach you the rest.

No previous lighting experience is required.

What You'll Do

  • Install premium Christmas lighting on residential homes
  • Set up and safely use extension ladders
  • Work on residential roofs with a professional crew
  • Install wreaths, garland, and tree lighting
  • Load and unload company trucks
  • Keep equipment organized
  • Represent Light Up Lima professionally at every job

Hiring Event

Qualified applicants will be invited to attend our Hiring Event where you'll:

  • Meet the owner and team
  • Tour our shop
  • Learn about the position
  • Complete a hands-on ladder and roof assessment
  • Participate in a short interview

Hiring decisions will be made shortly after the event.

Schedule

  • Full-time seasonal position
  • Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak season
  • October through early December
  • Paid training may begin in September
