Family Nurse Practitioner - Full-Time or Part-Time $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
Northeastern Rural Health Clinics - Susanville, California
Position Summary
Northeastern Rural Health Clinics (NRHC) is seeking a full-time or part-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team in Susanville, California.
The FNP will provide outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan. The typical clinic volume is approximately 18 patients per full clinic day.
Full-time providers may choose a four-day, 10-hour schedule or a five-day, 8-hour schedule. Part-time schedules may also be considered. There are no weekend clinic hours.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Full-time salary of $128,000-$168,000
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus, depending on eligibility

NRHC is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center that has served Lassen County and the surrounding area for nearly 50 years. We are the largest provider of outpatient healthcare services in Lassen County, with clinics in Susanville and Westwood.

Qualifications
  • Graduate degree from an accredited nurse practitioner program
  • Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Current California RN and Nurse Practitioner credentials, or the ability to obtain them
  • Current furnishing number and DEA registration, or the ability to obtain them
  • Ability to meet NRHC credentialing and privileging requirements
  • Commitment to providing quality care to rural and underserved patients
