Job Description

·                     Lead and drive the mechanical design and development of new and existing products from concept through production

·                     Focus primarily on food processing equipment and outdoor consumer products across the full product lifecycle

·                     Innovate and advance mechanical systems, assemblies, and components by creating and designing 3D models and detailed drawings using CAD software

·                     Challenge existing designs and processes by bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the engineering team

·                     Ensure all designs meet or exceed applicable regulatory standards and quality benchmarks

Key Requirements 

·                     BS degree in a relevant engineering discipline (preferred)

·                     6+ years of experience designing mechanical solutions for stamped, casted, and extruded products

·                     Proven experience in designing, prototyping, and launching products; consumer products experience is a strong plus

·                     Proficiency in SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar 3D CAD software required
