Job Summary
A well-established legal team in Orlando, FL is seeking a Public Finance Paralegal for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented paralegal with law firm experience in public finance, real estate, lending, government representation, affordable housing, bond transactions, loan closings, and due diligence.
The Public Finance Paralegal will support attorneys and clients through complex transactional matters involving governmental and private clients. This opportunity offers a professional, team-oriented environment with steady workflow, meaningful client interaction, and the chance to contribute to high-value public finance and lending transactions.
Candidates who enjoy organized legal document work, title review, public records research, closing coordination, and fast-paced transactional support will find this role especially rewarding. Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, proofread, and organize legal documents for loans, bond transactions, acquisitions, closings, and due diligence matters.
- Assist attorneys with public finance, real estate, lending, government representation, and affordable housing transactions.
- Prepare and support loan closings, including document coordination, file management, and closing checklist tracking.
- Conduct title review, public records searches, document review, and legal research using appropriate resources.
- Maintain legal files, organize transaction documents, and ensure accuracy, completeness, and deadline compliance.
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and internal team members throughout the transaction process.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $45,000 to $70,000 per year.
- Job type: Full-time, direct hire.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, in office.
