  • Lead and manage complex restoration and water resources projects from concept to implementation.
  • Perform hydrology and hydraulic modeling using tools like HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and Civil 3D.
  • Develop stream and wetland restoration construction documents, specs, and cost estimates.
  • Oversee field assessments, data collection, and construction monitoring.
  • Coordinate with clients, regulators, subcontractors, and internal teams on multi-year projects.
  • Perform watershed and geomorphic analyses, stream stability assessments, and sediment transport studies.
  • Supervise junior engineers, assign work, manage project schedules, and track budgets.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, public presentations, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Draft proposals, project plans, and technical reports.
