As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Renewal Inner Harmony Counseling Services, you will work from the comfort of your home in Pomona, California, within a supportive and nurturing environment. Our team operates Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced 40-hour workweek that promotes both professional growth and personal well-being. We utilize a range of digital tools to ensure seamless communication and collaboration amongst team members while fostering a culture of openness and shared purpose.

• Function as an independent contractor, managing your schedule while dedicating time to your clients.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of senior clients’ needs, developing personalized treatment strategies to address their specific mental health concerns.
• Provide ongoing counseling or psychotherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to help clients navigate their emotional landscapes.
• Research and connect clients with relevant community resources and support systems, ensuring they have access to the tools necessary for their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and case notes in compliance with legal and organizational standards, using our organizational software to streamline this process.

This position primarily focuses on senior clients, addressing a range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders related to aging. Your work will profoundly impact their quality of life, helping them gain insights, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience, ultimately leading to healthier emotional outcomes.

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly with tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively without direct supervision.

• Experience working with geriatric clients is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
• Experience in community health settings or related environments may be advantageous.
