Job description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for grades 5-6 students. This contract position supports remote speech therapy services within a school setting, focusing on telepractice to deliver effective interventions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.
  • Providing teletherapy services using established virtual platforms.
  • Collaborating with educators and families to support student progress.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting on therapy outcomes.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience with school-based speech therapy services.
  • Proficient in teletherapy and virtual speech-language service delivery.
  • Bilingual Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively with students in grades 5 and 6.

Location: This position is based in West Lafayette, IN, with services delivered virtually.
