Key ResponsibilitiesLead and implement comprehensive EHS programs aligned with federal, state, and local regulationsManage and guide teams in executing the company?s EHS management systemsDevelop and oversee initiatives related to safety compliance, environmental sustainability, and risk mitigationProvide strategic leadership in systems such as behavior?based safety and emergency response planningPartner with operations and leadership teams to implement safety policies and drive continuous improvementIdentify workplace hazards, develop control programs, and support accident investigations with timely follow?upOversee industrial hygiene programs and evaluate emerging safety practices for applicationCoordinate safety training programs and ensure accurate records and compliance documentationSupport audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance initiatives across facilitiesServe as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies on safety and environmental mattersQualificationsWhat We?re Looking ForBachelor?s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong background in safety program development, audits, training, and complianceExperience with OSHA recordkeeping and workers? compensation processes preferred-- Must have environmental regulation experience in OR, CA or WAProven ability to influence, lead, and partner across cross?functional teamsA proactive, solutions?oriented mindset with passion for building a culture of safety
