Job Summary:
J5 Consulting is a Maryland based company established in 2006 to provide computing and consulting services for government and commercial entities. They are seeking a Data Collection & Exploitation Systems Integrator to support project and system integration for dataset collection and exploitation to meet operational needs.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrated experience with collection and exploitation of data on social media platforms and mobile apps including domestic and foreign.
• Demonstrated experience architecting, designing, or implementing mission internet systems
• Demonstrated experience configuring AWS and/or Azure networking, security, logging, routing tables, backup and recovery, shared storage, and baselining images.
• Demonstrated experience implementing cloud-hosted Android emulation solutions.
• Demonstrated experience implementing VPN tunnel configuration between on-premise to cloud as well as cloud to cloud, implementing multi-cloud obfuscation techniques.
• Demonstrated experience conducting and documenting results from infrastructure fingerprinting, and briefing technical review board(s) of identified signature(s).
• Demonstrated experience producing technical design documentation such as architecture and network diagrams for operational use and board approval
• Demonstrated experience analyzing technologies, hardware, and software to determine the applicability and need for the existing or proposed system, to include security, storage, and network technology.
• Demonstrated experience triaging and troubleshooting data transfer issues with Enterprise partners.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and briefing non-technical and technical audiences for acquiring review board approvals.
• Demonstrated experience working through entire Sponsor’s A&A lifecycle, developing security control responses and implementation, and addressing risk elements with project ISSE personnel for maintaining ATO status.
• Demonstrated experience working with sponsor managers, technical leads, and PMs to identify and develop system requirements taking into account the desired results, hardware limitations and operating requirements, identified by the Sponsor.
• Demonstrated experience assisting in planning and managing projects involving infrastructure and exploitation platforms.

• Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.
• This position is expected to be onsite. The position will be located within the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA). Local travel/POV will be on an as needed basis, within the local place of performance.
