About our Agency:Our agency opened in 1991 and is a well-established team of nine with a long history of success. I bring a diverse background including experience in government, the medical field, and insurance prior to opening the agency. Throughout my career, I've consistently been a top performer, ranking in the top 10% of the company and earning many of State Farm's top awards.
I hold a Master of Science in Management from Florida International University and have been married for 36 years. I take pride in both my professional accomplishments and the strong relationships I've built over time.
We stay involved in the community by supporting organizations such as the Miami Rescue Mission and the Cuban Catholic Church.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
