  • Assist in specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples for testing as needed.
  • Document all methodologies thoroughly, mentor new staff or trainees, and actively contribute to maintaining laboratory quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure a tidy, safe workplace, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health qualification paired with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.
Certifications
  • Gain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
  • Maintain active certification for the duration of your stint with us.
