Are you a In Home CNA looking to work for an amazing organization by serving others and connecting with your co-workers?

Immanuel Pathways PACE is seeking a Full Time Days In Home CNA to work at Pathways Southwest Iowa located at 1702 North 16th Street, Council Bluffs, IA 51501. We reimburse $0.725/mile for travel.

The schedule for this position is Monday Through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with working a 8th weekend rotation schedule.

This position will pay up to $22.06/hour.  Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required

What You Will Do

Responsible for providing and assisting participants of Immanuel Pathways program with personal cares, activities of daily living, restorative, recreational programing and supportive care in the center and/or participant's homes. Assists in monitoring and reporting participant's health status and providing a safe environment for the participants of Immanuel Pathways.

Skills & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate required in the respective state in which he/she is employed. 

Be at least 18 years of age.

One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required, or completion of job specific training related to working with the elderly population must be completed within the first six months of hire.

Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and have your own reliable vehicle.
