Job description

Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Multiple Facilities & Client Homes Across Utah Employment Type: W-2 | Flexible / Per-Diem Scheduling

About Us

We are a CNA staffing and home care company committed to helping individuals remain safe, healthy, and comfortable — whether they are in a care facility or living at home. Every day, our CNAs play a meaningful part in protecting people's ability to live at home and maintain their independence.

Position Overview

We are looking for dependable, professional, creative CNAs who want to make a real impact. You pick your schedule. We offer both:

  • Facility Staffing Shifts throughout the state (skilled nursing & rehabilitation)
  • In-Home Care Shifts (1-on-1 care in the client's home)

We ask that all CNAs are willing to work at least one shift per week. For home care shifts, we strive for consistent assignments so clients can build trust and stability with their Care Professional.

Available Shifts

Facility shifts commonly include:

  • 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Home care shifts vary based on client needs.

Core Values

We hire based on character and alignment with our company values. We are looking for CNAs who are:

  • Dependable – Shows up consistently and on time
  • Takes Initiative – Sees what needs to be done and does it
  • Creative – Brings fresh thinking and resourceful solutions to everyday challenges
  • Professional – In communication, appearance, and interactions

If these values describe you, you will thrive here.

Responsibilities

As a CNA, your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, mobility, etc.)
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Support client safety and comfort
  • Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration reminders
  • Perform light housekeeping and basic care environment tasks
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and our team

Qualifications

  • Active Utah CNA License (required)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a Utah background check (DACS)
  • Drug-free workplace
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current Food Handler's Permit
  • Strong attendance and reliability record

Compensation

Pay varies depending on the type of shift and the client's needs. Typical pay range: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

Benefits

We take care of our CNAs because they take care of others:

  • Health Insurance
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • W-2 employment status (not 1099 contractor)
  • Flexible scheduling — you choose your shifts
  • Supportive HR and staffing team
  • Opportunities for both facility and one-on-one in-home CNA experience
  • A work environment that values respect, communication, and growth

This is a CNA position. An active Utah CNA license is required to be considered for this role.
