About This Role

Lead the daily care and development of children in assigned age groups, collaborating closely with the Childcare Director and Child Development Lead(s) to implement the FYC's Little Clubhouse Curriculum.


What You'll Do

Develop and execute Guided Play strategies, fostering children's participation in various programs and activities, providing daily feedback to families, and ensuring the maintenance of a clean and safe environment.


Requirements
  • Ability to successfully complete a background investigation.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Strong customer relations skills.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Organizational skills and time management abilities.
  • Understanding the stages of childhood development.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Possessing a combination of the following qualifications would be highly desirable: CPR/First Aid certification, completion of Nevada Registry Training Requirements, college credits in Early Childhood Education, and a minimum of 6 months of experience in childcare.
