WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3+ years of estimating experience in tile, stone, flooring, or a related construction trade (required).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documents with precision.
  • Strong math and analytical skills โ€” you catch errors before they cost the company money.
  • A closer's mindset: you follow up, build trust, and win the job.
  • Excellent communication skills with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency with estimating software, Excel, Bluebeam, Procore and Textura.
  • Self-motivated, detail-obsessed, and able to manage multiple bids under deadline pressure.
  • Familiarity with the Nevada construction market is a strong plus.
  • Valid driver's license for occasional job-site visits.
WHY NATIONAL CERAMIC TILE & STONE
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off and paid holidays.
  • 401(k) with company match.
