Alpha Home Health & Hospice is hiring a full-time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for our North Snohomish County area (Marysville, Arlington, Stanwood, etc.) Home Health division!

Home Health RN Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments in the home setting
  • Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
  • Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed
  • Perform wound care and dressing changes and other complex care
  • Monitor vital signs and symptoms, reporting changes to the physician
  • Educate patients and caregivers on disease processes, medications, and self-care
  • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Document all visits and care provided in the EMR
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies, Medicare/Medicaid, and other regulations
  • Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
  • Provide emotional support and promote patient independence

Requirements:

  • Washington RN licensure
  • Home Health/Hospice agency experience preferred, but not required
  • Current BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
