Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, assessing their physical abilities and limitations to establish effective treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to alleviate pain and enhance physical function.
• Document patient progress meticulously, modifying treatment plans as necessary to align with therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises, assistive devices, and carry-over strategies to foster independence in daily activities.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive patient care and optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Stay current with industry best practices by attending workshops, participating in professional organizations, and engaging in continued education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse clientele ranges from pediatric patients recovering from sports injuries to elderly individuals facing mobility challenges due to age-related conditions. The therapist will interact regularly with patients who have undergone surgeries, suffered from strokes, or are managing chronic pain. This role emphasizes the importance of customized care and the ability to adapt treatment modalities to individual needs, ensuring effective and compassionate rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate treatment objectives and progress to patients and their families.
• Competency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems for accurate patient documentation and treatment tracking.
• Adaptable, demonstrating flexibility in approach and thinking to meet unique patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical environment, particularly in rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
