Impact Learning & Development Behavioral Health is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our outpatient team in Moreno Valley, California. This role provides a unique work setting, as it is primarily remote with the flexibility to choose your own schedule. • Conduct thorough client evaluations that take into account their mental, emotional, and social needs, leading to the development of individualized care plans that are regularly reviewed and adjusted.
• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities suited to varying client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches.
• Provide specialized mental health support for individuals dealing with PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, and various behavioral challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and organized documentation in accordance with health regulations and organizational standards to ensure continuity of care and compliance with oversight entities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to discuss client progress and integrate services effectively across care platforms.

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling or therapy setting is required, we highly value candidates who bring a background in evidence-based treatment approaches and experience with case management.
