Job description

The Last Mile Learning & Development (L&D) Content team is seeking a Program Manager with Content Design experience. This role owns the end-to-end content lifecycle for training that supports Last Mile Operations, from associates through all levels of leadership.
As a Program Manager in the Last Mile Content team, you will create, maintain, and optimize instructional content across multiple modalities, including Umbrella modules, Mini IAT (MIAT), LEARN e-learnings, Canva-based materials, and more. You will operate in a sprint-based methodology with t-shirt-sized SLAs ranging from one to 15 days, partnering with subject matter experts, program teams, and 3P vendors to deliver timely, high-quality training that drives measurable improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong instructional design skills, experience building training content at scale, and the ability to balance multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced operations environment

Experience with Articulate 360, Storyline, LMS platforms, and data-driven content optimization is required.
Key job responsibilities
- Designing and developing instructional content aligned to adult learning principles and Content Design Standards (CDS)
- Managing content intake, scoping, and delivery through Asana sprint planning
- Maintaining and updating existing content to reflect network process changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs
- Continuously identify ways to optimize efficiency in how training is developed, delivered, and maintained at scale, taking on broader initiatives spanning document writing, content development, piloting, impact measurement, change management, and network expansion
- Manage stakeholder relationships across program teams, subject matter experts, vendors, and cross-functional partners to align on requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Partnering with vendors and cross-functional teams on animation, translation, and complex builds
- Contributing to team goals of 90%+ on-time delivery, 90%+ First Pass Yield (FPY), and 4.0+ customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Supporting localization, content consolidation, and the team's transition toward AI-assisted content development
A day in the life
Your day will be a dynamic blend of creative design, strategic planning, and collaborative problem-solving. You'll design comprehensive learning programs, translating complex operational knowledge into clear, accessible content across multiple formats and platforms. You'll continuously look for ways to optimize efficiency in how training is developed, delivered, and maintained at scale

As you grow, you may take on broader initiatives spanning document writing, content development, piloting, impact measurement, change management, and network expansion, shaping the programs and mechanisms that drive measurable operational impact across Last Mile.
