Brighterly is a fast-growing EdTech startup that helps children in the USA (K-12) succeed in Math and English Language Arts (ELA) through fun and effective online tutoring. Our mission is simple: make learning enjoyable and impactful, preparing kids for a bright tomorrow.
And we're looking for someone who will be the very first to inspire and engage students on their learning journey!
Your Role
As a Demo Lesson Teacher, you will:
  • Deliver engaging 1-on-1 demo classes in Math and ELA using our ready-made materials.
  • Use ready-made materials and detailed lesson scripts - no need to create your own content.
  • Showcase Brighterly's unique approach to parents and students, creating a positive first impression.
  • Provide feedback to the team on lessons and student engagement.
  • Track performance and share insights to improve the learning experience.

What We're Looking For
  • C1+ English proficiency, with a clear, neutral accent.
  • A passion for teaching and making math exciting for children.
  • At least 6 months of teaching experience with kids (Math or English).
  • At least high-school level Math & English knowledge and diploma.
  • Strong knowledge of math concepts taught at the K-8 level.
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
  • Availability for at least 20 hours/week (weekdays - priority).
