In this role, you will impact product integrity and customer satisfaction by identifying quality issues early, enforcing quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process.

  • Extensive experience in quality control inspection within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection techniques, and defect identification.
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools and quality inspection equipment.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
  • Experience leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions effectively.
WE VALUE
  • Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience (approximately 5 years)
  • Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
  • Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and continuous improvement methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Document inspection results accurately and communicate findings to production and engineering teams for corrective actions.
  • Lead root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control procedures and process improvements.
  • Train and mentor junior inspectors on quality standards and inspection techniques.
  • Train & support on customer source inspection processes
