Our client is looking for an on-site Warehouse Lead in a Production environment to join our team.

  • Directly supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Assign tasks, provide guidance, and address any issues that arise.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing support and development.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Ensure efficient workflows and optimize space utilization.
  • Manage shipping and receiving processes, coordinating with suppliers and customers.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
