Schedule: Friday–Tuesday | 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily front-of-house dining operations across campus
  • Hire, train, coach, and support dining team members
  • Create schedules and help manage staffing
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and resident satisfaction
  • Partner with culinary and healthcare teams to meet residents' dietary needs
  • Support residents with specialized and modified diets in Health Services
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and Oregon regulatory standards
  • Assist with catered events, special meals, and campus celebrations

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of dining, restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Healthcare or senior living dining experience is a plus
Requirements
  • ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Current Food Handler Card
  • Valid driver's license
