Job Summary:

Stand Out Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers who are currently providing care to a friend or family member. As a caregiver with Stand Out Home Care, you will have the opportunity to get paid for the care you already provide through the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS). We are committed to supporting our caregivers every step of the way, from navigating the ALTCS application process to providing ongoing training and resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Currently provide care for a friend or family member

  • Ensure the person you care for is enrolled in or eligible to apply for ALTCS

  • Live in Arizona

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Pass a background check and complete onboarding paperwork

  • Complete DSW (Direct Support Worker) training

  • Provide proof of residence and valid ID
