Job description

Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys creating exceptional experiences for residents and guests? We are seeking a Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for one of our premier apartment communities. This position is ideal for an individual with outstanding communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 

In this resident-facing role, you will help create a welcoming environment, assist residents and visitors, and support the day-to-day operations of the community. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and committed to providing a first-class resident experience. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Welcome residents, guests, and prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner 
  • Manage the front desk and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests 
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general community information 
  • Coordinate resident packages, deliveries, and visitor access 
  • Assist with resident events and community engagement activities 
  • Monitor building access and help maintain community security procedures 
  • Handle resident service requests and communicate with onsite teams to ensure timely resolutions 
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports as needed 
  • Support the onsite management team with administrative and clerical tasks 
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive resident experience 

Qualifications: 

  • Previous customer service, hospitality, concierge, front desk, or administrative experience preferred 
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications 
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required 
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
  • Previous multifamily, hotel, or hospitality experience is a plus
