If you're looking for meaningful work that changes lives, this is your chance. Were seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Job Coach to support our clients in the Temecula area.

As a Job Coach, you'll work directly with a small group of clients (typically 34 individuals) at the Medline warehouse in Temecula. These clients are eager to work and growyoull be right there beside them, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical training to help them succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working on-site at Medline cleaning totes.

  • Providing hands-on support while encouraging independence and workplace confidence

  • Monitoring productivity to ensure team goals are met

  • Identifying each clients strengths and growth areas, and providing one-on-one training when needed

  • Documenting progress and keeping open communication with supervisors and case managers

  • Creating a supportive, professional, and inclusive work environment for our clients and employer partners

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who is available to work on Monday and Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. (2 days per week).

  • Someone who enjoys warehouse work and truly wants to make a positive impact

  • Experience in warehouse or production settings is strongly preferred

  • Background working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required

  • Must be 21 years or older, with a high school diploma or GED

  • A valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
