Job description

Internship / Co-Op Spring 2027
Start Date: January 2027
Get real, on-the-job training through our internship program.
Winter offers Project Engineer internships for students who have completed their freshman year of college. Our interns receive hands-on experience, develop strong relationships and leave with indispensable work experience. Our interns encounter exposure to many of Winter's daily business functions, including: pre-construction, project start-up, finances, estimating, submittals, quality assurance, project documentation, scheduling, safety, close-out, warranty, presentations, site analysis, business development, and client relationships.
This Opportunity Features:
Contribution in a Right-Sized Organization
Winter is not so large that there is a danger of becoming "just a number", but large enough that you benefit from sophisticated systems and approaches. Interns at Winter get exposure and have the same experience as Project Engineers.
Opportunities for Advancement
Chart your path toward a Project Manager or Superintendent role. Our goal is to extend our interns an offer to spend another summer with us or hire as a full time Project Engineer, depending on your graduation date.
Local Focus
We are based in Atlanta & love building in and around our city.
An Equal Opportunity Employer - Winter Construction is committed to equal opportunity in the terms and conditions of employment for all employees and job applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity or gender expression, national origin, disability, or veteran status. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
