Job description

The Commencement Group is looking to hire Outside Sales Interns for Spring 2026. Our spring commencement season takes place during the months of May + June. This is a seasonal position with more opportunities to work with us every graduation season. Outside sales refers to the type of sales that take place in the field (i.e. graduations).
Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
  • Traveling throughout your region to sell various commemorative items at commencements
  • Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales
  • Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals
  • Setting up retail kiosks at commencements
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
  • Understanding and implementing the marketing of products
  • Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site
