One of the most important roles on our Back of House team is our Dishwashers, ensuring our kitchens and storage areas are kept clean and organized. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detailed team player with the ability to move between tasks and adapt to the needs of the restaurant.

What Are We Looking For?
  • Open and flexible availability from 8 AM to 12 AM, including evenings and weekends
  • Able to complete physically demanding tasks – standing for long periods, lifting 50 lbs, bending and reaching, etc.
  • Comfortable with handling a knife and cleaning solutions
  • Experience working in a kitchen, restaurant, or fast food chain (bonus)
 Summary of Responsibilities
  • Verifies the quality and quantity of delivered items
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary work station up to policy standards
  • Keeps storage places organized where all supplies are visible
  • Works closely with Line Cooks to ensure a smooth service
  • Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, etc. in a timely manner
  • Prepares produce and ingredients with instructions from the Manager
  • Provides satisfaction by ensuring guests and staff are using clean dishes and utensils
  • Empties out garage, compost and recycling bins
  • Breaks down boxes and containers to put them in the recycling
  • Keeps property grounds clean by sweeping outside, shovelling snow, etc. (where applicable)
