Operating across optimized regional lanes, this position is structured to keep your truck moving, maximize your weekly revenue, and provide the dispatch support necessary for long-term success on the road.

Financial Compensation & Incentives:

  • Weekly Gross Earnings: Averaging $1,200 to $1,300 per week, ensuring long-term financial stability.
  • Competitive Base Pay: Starting mileage rate is set at $0.51 CPM.
  • Stop-Pay Incentive: Earn an additional $15.00 for every single intermediate stop made along your route.
  • Performance Bonuses: Immediate access to our monthly Driver Performance Bonus program to increase your take-home pay.
  • Freight Characteristics: 100% No-Touch Freight. This is a strictly refrigerated trailer (Reefer) operation with zero driver loading or unloading requirements.
