Produce Associates are responsible for delivering an exceptional Customer experience by maintaining high-quality fresh produce, creating visually appealing displays, and ensuring the department is clean, organized, and well-stocked. This role plays a key part in showcasing Kowalski's commitment to quality, freshness, and outstanding service.
Guest Experience
  • Provide friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable service to guests.
  • Assist customers with product selection, special requests, and produce-related questions.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, guest-first approach at all times.
Product Quality & Merchandising
  • Inspect, rotate, and cull produce to ensure freshness, appearance, and safety.
  • Stock and replenish produce displays following company standards.
  • Maintain visually appealing, abundant, and clean displays in line with Kowalski's Cub Foods merchandising expectations.

Requirements:
  • Must have availability from 10am-8pm
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Must have year-round availability
  • Comfortability with speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner
  • Holiday and weekend availability
  • Ability to work in and enjoy a fast-paced environment but also be motivated to complete tasks during down times
