As a Contract Logistics Quality Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations. • Ensure processes are followed to ensure accuracy and that quality standards are met
• Follow health and safety policies that comply with company and OSHA regulations
• Identify non-conformances
• Monitor quality of outgoing shipments
• Establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
• Resolve discrepancies or escalate according to process
• Work overtime and weekends
• Other responsibilities as assigned

What we would like you to bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of warehouse experience
• 1 or more year of experience in a full-time quality role such as Quality Auditor, Quality Specialist, or Quality Inspector
• Basic technical and math skills
• Can lift up to 50 pounds
